When a green day rewrites the journal

Winning sessions are where honesty slips. Here is a short ritual that keeps the record usable.

Losses produce long journal entries. Wins produce slogans. In event weeks that pattern is expensive: the next similar catalyst arrives and you only remember the slogan.

Try a five-minute rule after any event trade that closes green: write what you would have written if the same management had lost money. Compare the two paragraphs. The gap between them is the material we usually open with in a Market Event Debrief.

You do not need poetry. You need a record that still makes sense when the next print goes against you.
