Data we collect
- Enquiry data: name, email, preferred dates, markets traded, message content
- Engagement data: intake answers, session notes, written debriefs, billing references
- Technical data: basic server logs and cookie-related identifiers as described in our Cookies policy
We do not ask for account passwords, full brokerage credentials, or national identity numbers through the website form.

- Delivering booked sessions and written debriefs
- Maintaining financial records required by law

Legal bases
We process enquiry and engagement data to take steps at your request before a contract and to perform a contract for paid consultations. We process optional analytics data based on consent where required. We retain certain records to meet legitimate accounting and legal obligations under Thai law.
Retention
- Unsuccessful enquiries: up to 12 months
- Client engagement files: typically 5 years after the last session, unless a longer period is required for legal claims or accounting
- Server logs: ordinarily up to 90 days
