Refunds & Cancellation

This policy applies to paid consultations offered by Cloudvector Path (journal reviews, briefings, audits, and debriefs). We do not sell physical goods or software licences on this website.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when we cancel a session, when you cancel within the timeframes below, or when a documented error on our side prevents delivery of the agreed written debrief.

Timeframes

• Cancellation by you 72 hours or more before the scheduled start: full refund of fees paid for that session, including deposit
• Cancellation by you between 72 and 24 hours: deposit retained; any balance already paid for that session is refunded
• Cancellation within 24 hours, or no-show: session fee is non-refundable

Partial refunds

If a Multi-Week Journal Audit has completed the first call but not the second, we may refund a proportional share of the unused portion after deducting work already performed and the deposit where cancellation rules apply. Proportions are confirmed in writing case by case.

Non-refundable items

• Completed sessions (live time already delivered)
• Written debriefs already issued
• Rush fees for 24-hour debrief turnaround once work has started
• Third-party costs (for example travel booked at your request) once incurred

Work already started

Intake review and calendar overlay preparation count as work started once we confirm that materials were received and preparation began. If you cancel after preparation but before the live session, we may retain a preparation fee of up to 20% of the session price in addition to any deposit rules above.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 48 hours before the session. Further reschedules may be treated as cancellations under the timeframes above.

Refund process

Email contact@cloudvectorpath.digital with your name, session date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned by bank transfer to the original payer within fourteen business days of approval. We do not offer cash refunds at the office.

Deposits

Deposits secure calendar time. They are applied to the session fee when the session proceeds and are retained or refunded according to the cancellation rules in this policy.

Exceptions

If illness or force majeure prevents either party from meeting, we will offer a reschedule first. Refund exceptions outside this policy are rare and require written approval from Cloudvector Path.
