When to book
Within a few days of a major event you traded — while memory is fresh and the journal entry is still incomplete or defensive. The debrief is especially useful after a large win that felt “easy” or a loss you have already rewritten in kinder language.
What we do
We reconstruct the timeline: pre-plan, first reaction, size changes, and final exit. We compare that timeline to what the journal currently says, then rewrite a cleaner entry together so future you can trust the record.
