Services described

Cloudvector Path provides professional event-driven trading journal analysis consultations. Website content is informational. Booking is confirmed only when we accept your enquiry in writing and a deposit (where required) is received. Nothing on this site constitutes securities advice, portfolio management, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Intellectual property

All text, branding, and design on this site belong to Cloudvector Path or its licensors. You may not copy substantive materials for commercial use without written permission. Your own trading journal remains yours; written debriefs we produce for you may be kept for personal use but not resold as a product.

Client responsibilities

You confirm that journal materials you share are yours to discuss and do not violate employer or regulatory confidentiality. You are responsible for your trading decisions. Our reviews analyse historical journaling behaviour; they do not guarantee future results.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Cloudvector Path is not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or decisions you make after a consultation. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.

Website availability

We aim for continuous access but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Features such as the contact form may be temporarily unavailable.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Courts in Thailand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or our services, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
